This is the Elevate Residential Impact Commitment

All profits from commissions go directly to the BHC Impact Fund. The BHC Impact Fund is an annual commitment of a minimum of $150,000 that allows BHC to identify and directly fund initiatives that create positive outcomes for their residents and their communities.

BHC achieve this through the delivery of critical affordable homes and life-changing opportunities for people in need. Since 2002, BHC has developed more than 1,800 affordable homes in key locations across Brisbane and assisted more than 7,500 households to access safe and secure housing. What’s more, they create liveable communities where people can connect and lead meaningful, dignified lives.

The Impact for our Clients

Our clients experience a win-win outcome.

When you choose Elevate Residential you’ll achieve your property goals as a direct result of working with our highly experienced and commercially astute team.

Plus, you’ll feel good knowing that the commissions you pay go directly to helping Queenslanders in housing need.

“It’s not just about putting a roof over someone’s head, it’s also taking care of what happens under that roof.”

Supporting the BHC Impact Fund. Providing housing is just the beginning.

Elevate Residential distributes 100% of profits from commissions to our charitable partner BHC to support them in the delivery of social and affordable housing.

The BHC Impact Fund is an annual commitment of a minimum of $150,000 that allows BHC to identify and directly fund initiatives that create positive outcomes for their residents and their communities.

Creating safe homes and thriving communities through these important services is BHC’s purpose. And when you choose Elevate Residential for your property needs, your commission payments contribute directly to BHC’s Impact Fund and the benefits ripple out across the Brisbane city and beyond.

Of course, providing housing is important, but it’s just the beginning.

Each year Elevate works with BHC to identify the priority programs and services that will be of most benefit to BHC tenants and their communities and reports back the outcomes that have been achieved.

In this way, the Elevate and BHC partnership is about far more than just roofs over heads.  It is their joint commitment to directly invest in programs and supports to assist BHC residents to live their lives with dignity and hope.

Tenancy sustainment and progression – initiatives to support residents experiencing mental health concerns, domestic violence and other complex issues that can lead to tenancy breakdown.

Employment skills and participation – providing access to training, education and volunteering opportunities for people of all ages and abilities.

Enhanced resident wellbeing – ensuring residents are able to access services and initiatives that promote health, wellbeing and inclusion.

Cohesive communities – ensuring residents feel positive about their communities and are connected to relevant facilities and activities.

Annual Reporting on Impact Results

It’s important to us that our clients and supporters can see where our impact is being delivered, and that they have confidence their support really is making a difference.

That’s why each year Elevate Residential shares the story of the new priority programs and services that BHC are delivering to their tenants and communities. We also report back on the outcomes achieved.

The BHC Impact Fund 2021/22 highlights the results from the first year of BHC’s Impact Fund investment, shares the outcomes that have been delivered as well as stories of residents who have been recipients of the Fund.

Project 55

With rental costs and living pressures soaring, everyone is feeling the impact. Older women are the fastest growing cohort facing homelessness – many are sleeping rough, in their cars or couch surfing. Most are living in poverty.

On top of all the incredible work BHC does through their Impact Fund, Elevate has embarked on a new project to amplify their impact- Project 55.

Project 55 sponsors older women, aged 55+ in dire housing need into safe and secure, affordable housing. To achieve our aims Project 55 we are striving to attract 55 new property managements to ensure sponsorship of safe and secure accommodation for women aged 55+.
